The Plex Media Server contains many API commands that can be used to get information about the libraries within a Plex server.
- Get All Movies
- Gets a list of all movies within a library.

- Scans all the libraries that are defined within Plex for any changes.

- Scans a single library that is defined within Plex for any changes.
- Refresh Metadata for a Library
- Refreshes the metadata for all media items in a library.
- Empty Trash
- Runs the empty trash command to remove any orphaned media items from Plex.
- Clean Bundles
- The clean bundles command in Plex to cleanup unneeded files.
- Optimize Database
- The optimize database command in Plex to maintain the database.
